SUNFLOWER GARDENS

Welcome to Sunflower Gardens Homeowners Association!

Where the Sun is Always Shining

For more information about our friendly community, please contact our board of directors or property management company, Jamar Property Management.

Sunflower Gardens is a lovely neighborhood nestled south of Summitt Elementary School. Amenities include Karst terrain and conservancy areas. Birds and wildlife are among the friendly neighbors.

A subdivision of 23 buildings, mostly comprised of paired homes, the HOA includes 45 units in all. Developers turned the development over to homeowners on August 3, 2004. The last unit was sold in October, 2013.

The streets are maintained by the City fo Bloomington, as the land is within the city limits. The lawns are taken care of by the HOA’s vendor, while owners take care of a 5-foot strip around their buildings and driveways.

Sunflower Gardens school children can walk to Summitt Elementary, attend Batchelor Middle School, and attend Bloomington South High School. Click here for more details about the Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC)
