JAMAR LEASING SERVICES is an affiliate of JAMAR PROPERTIES, an investment company launched in 1995 by James Eiermann, M.P.A. and Marti Coleman, M.S.

Since its beginning, Jamar Properties has bought and sold student housing rental properties in Bloomington, Indiana, home of Indiana University.  Our mission has been to provide:

• excellent student housing and related services,
• a high return on our investment from rental activities, and
• a profit on sale of the properties.

We have accomplished this and more!! In 2002, we began a related business called JAMAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO., a company that specializes in responsible and careful management of properties owned by others.

NOW WE HAVE IDENTIFIED A NEED OF THOSE WHO PREFER TO DO THEIR OWN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT--THE NEED FOR INITIAL HELP IN GETTING THEIR PROPERTY RENTED.

Bloomington is a growing community, and there is no shortage of student housing and no limit on new construction.  Consequently, it is becoming increasingly difficult to properly advertise for, select and retain qualified renters. 

WE HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF 100% OCCUPANCY FOR EVERY PROPERTY WE OWN, AND MANAGE, EVERY YEAR!! 

NOW THAT KIND OF RECORD IS HARD TO BEAT, ISN'T IT?
