Welcome to our web site!!  We are an affiliate of JAMAR PROPERTIES, a property investment company launched in 1995 by James Eiermann, M.P.A. and Marti Coleman, M.S.  Since inception, Jamar Properties has specialized in the Indiana University student housing market.  We launched our Property Management Co. in 2002 to accommodate those owners who are out-of-town or don't have the time to devote to the day-to-day management of an investment property.  We have been very successful and come to you highly recommended.  We have the know-how, the experience, the track record and the desire to get you the best return on your investment.  Please take a look at the rest of our site.

Our Mission:  To become the property management company of choice in Bloomington,  Indiana through efficient, resourceful, accurate, timely and respectful management of your investment properties.

We provide these services:

  • Advertise your propert(ies) in the best possible venues

  • Sign, renew and/or cancel leases

  • Collect security deposits and collect rents due

  • Arrange for repairs and routine maintenance & pay expenses

  • Remit receipts less disbursements to you monthly

  • Provide you with quarterly statements of income and expenses

  • Serve as your representative in homeowner associations and in court proceedings, if necessary.
